Account, Registration & Login

Registration on CardRummy is free and takes under two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of any page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, an email address, and a strong password. You will receive a one-time SMS code on your mobile to verify your number. Enter the code, confirm you are aged 18 or above, and your account is ready to use immediately. No documents are required to register — verification is handled through your mobile number.

On the login page, tap the forgot password option. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. An OTP will be sent to your phone to confirm your identity. After entering the OTP, you will be prompted to set a new password. Make sure the new password is different from your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN for security reasons. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact the support team via live chat for manual verification.

No. CardRummy allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers or email addresses — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, they may be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, the correct approach is to contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

Log in to your CardRummy account and go to the Security section in your account settings. From there you can enable two-factor authentication, which adds an SMS verification step every time you log in from a new device. This is strongly recommended for all players, especially those with active PKR balances. Once enabled, you will need your registered mobile for every future login.

Accounts are automatically locked for 15 minutes after several failed login attempts as a security measure. Simply wait and try again. If the lock persists or you believe your account has been flagged for another reason, contact the support team via live chat with your registered mobile number. Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR

Go to the Deposit page and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest, often processed within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
