Terms and Conditions – CardRummy Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a CardRummy account you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an active CardRummy account.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by CardRummy for breach of these terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. CardRummy reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

2. Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one active account on the CardRummy platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. CardRummy will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. CardRummy accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account Accuracy

Your account name must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies between account details and payment method details may delay withdrawals and trigger an identity review. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. Notify CardRummy promptly if any of your registered details change.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the CardRummy platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CardRummy supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — conventional inter-bank transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by your issuing bank
• Mobile Wallets — other supported Pakistani mobile wallet services

Deposit Terms

Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your CardRummy balance immediately upon confirmation. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. CardRummy does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal, CardRummy may require completion of identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your account. CardRummy reserves the right to apply additional checks before releasing withdrawals where there is reason to do so for security or compliance purposes. 4. Betting and Gaming Rules

CardRummy offers sports betting across cricket, football, Esports and other events, as well as a range of slot games, live casino titles, and other gaming products. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed. CardRummy does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where an obvious error in odds has occurred, in which case CardRummy reserves the right to void the affected bet. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

Cricket and PSL Betting

Betting markets for Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals, Test matches and other cricket events are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, settlement rules specific to each market type apply and are detailed in the sports betting help section. Where a match is rescheduled rather than abandoned, bets remain valid unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Slot Games and RNG

All slot game outcomes on CardRummy are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP and volatility information for each game is available in the game information panel. CardRummy does not alter, adjust or interfere with game outcomes. Results are independently generated and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error that affects a bet or gaming session — including but not limited to disconnection during a live game, display errors, or incorrect odds being published — CardRummy reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore balances to their pre-error state. Winnings accrued as a direct result of a manifest error may be voided at CardRummy's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CardRummy offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over any general bonus guidelines set out here. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable cash once the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unconverted bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• CardRummy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to withhold bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of promotional offers.
• Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — is a breach of these terms.

6. VIP Programme

CardRummy operates a VIP rewards programme for regular and high-volume players. Participation in the VIP programme is by invitation only, at CardRummy's discretion. VIP status and associated benefits — which may include enhanced withdrawal limits, personalised promotions, priority support, and dedicated account management — are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted or withdrawn based on changes in your activity level.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. CardRummy reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier requirements, and associated benefits at any time. VIP players remain subject to all standard terms and conditions set out in this document.

7. Responsible Gaming

CardRummy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity. We encourage all players to set a clear personal budget before depositing and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all CardRummy account holders:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break from gaming.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

CardRummy will never pressure players to increase their deposit limits or to continue playing after requesting self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CardRummy platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, data, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of CardRummy or its content and technology partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the CardRummy platform without express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

CardRummy provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardRummy's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CardRummy accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure in platform availability caused by factors outside CardRummy's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

10. Privacy and Data

CardRummy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. CardRummy will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Suspension and Termination

CardRummy reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or misuse of payment methods.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other form of unfair play.
• Attempted abuse of bonus offers or promotional credits.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original payment method, except where there are reasonable grounds to withhold funds pending investigation — for example, where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting CardRummy support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12. Changes to These Terms

CardRummy may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, CardRummy will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the CardRummy platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
